The first phased of the Kingshill Commercial Park development has now reached 100% occupation with Texo Group having signed a 10 year lease for unit 2.
The engineering and technology specialists have taken the unit which comprises of 5,500 sq ft. offices, 10,000 sq ft warehouse, 13,164 sq ft of concrete yard and 45 car parking spaces as their new HQ.
