Co-founder Baroness Michelle Mone OBE to lead debate
BARONESS Michelle Mone OBE, the co-founder of Aberdeen’s conceptual workspace neospace, is to host its first networking event and panel discussion on the future of work.
Members of the local business community are to attend the exclusive Getting Back to Business evening tonight, alongside members of neospace who have already moved into the new £18million premises on Riverside Drive.
Radio presenter Lauren Mitchell will lead a Q&A session with Lady Mone, who will talk about her business career, the vision and inspiration behind neospace and how it has been shaped to create a workspace for the future.
Guest speaker Carolyn Taylor, head of mental health, resilience and wellbeing at global health and security services company International SOS, will provide insight into the new working environment, the challenges in organising the workforce and how people’s approach and mental health needs have changed since the pandemic.
Carolyn will join Lady Mone, her husband and co-founder Doug Barrowman, neospace managing director Nick Tat and chief operating officer Ian Minor for a facilitated panel session on the future of work.
Guests will also have the chance to look around neospace over drinks and canapes.
