The Scottish Wedding Awards is very much a celebration of local talent with winners being chosen by members of the general public.
Thistle Catering moved to their Ellon premises 18 months ago and now operate a central production kitchen providing catering to the wedding industry as well as the private and corporate sector.
The company provides all the “hotel services” required by its clients in any location of choice, offering event management, cater hire, licensed bars as well as event staff.
The company has a diverse range of menus and pride themselves on the ability to produce any type of food for any occasion. Clients can choose from a range of pre determined set menus, or if preferred, bespoke menus can be designed to tailor exact requirements.
