The decision to establish their own independent firm followed a significant transition at their former workplace. After the passing of the much-loved founder, Sheila Colaluca, and the subsequent sale of the business, Colin and Fiona felt a strong desire to preserve the core values and client relationships that Sheila had nurtured over the years.
“We really didn’t want to lose the values and client-first mindset that Sheila passed on to us,” said co-founder Fiona Barron. “It meant a lot to us to carry that forward, so we decided to create something of our own- something grounded in trust, professionalism, and a deep sense of care. We’ve been truly touched by how many clients have already come with us on this new path.”
