Turner & Townsend, the global programme management company, has announced the relocation of its Aberdeen team to a modern, city centre office at Marischal Square.

The move reinforces the business’s long-term commitment to the city and supports its continued growth across all divisions which have grown significantly in real estate, energy and natural resources, and project controls.

The Aberdeen team has experienced significant expansion in recent years, growing from a small team to around 50 colleagues to date and working with a broad range of clients across the public and private sectors. This includes local authorities, as well as businesses within the life sciences, energy and natural resources sectors.

Investment in future talent is also contributing to this growth, with an increase in early careers recruitment and additional graduates set to join the team in September 2026.

Looking ahead, Turner & Townsend’s priorities in the region focus on maintaining this strong growth trajectory, enhancing its profile in the North-east market, expanding its client base and continuing to build capability in key growth sectors.

Located in the heart of the city, Marischal Square offers high-quality, modern Cat A office space with open plan workspace, meeting rooms, collaboration and breakout space, to provide an agile space for the team and clients.

Ross Keillor, office lead for Aberdeen, at Turner & Townsend said: “While we operate globally, it’s important we stay closely connected to the Aberdeen region we serve, its people and its future. Our local team has been operating in Aberdeen for more than two decades. Recent promotions and expansion of our local leadership team has also strengthened our offering in the Energy & Natural Resources, and Real Estate sectors. Being based at Marischal Square places us at the centre of the city, and provides a workspace that will help us attract, retain and support the best talent. We look forward to working together with clients from this new base.”
