Two heritable property assets on Aberdeen’s Westpoint Business Park are being offered for sale at auction on November 3rd, with guide prices of £900,000 and £1m.

THE 43,128 sq ft building at 1 Westpoint is a prime former headquarter office building and benefits from its prominent location within the business park and 124 parking spaces onsite.

The second property at 4 Westpoint, which also includes a 0.354 acres multi-storey carpark, currently produces an annual rental income of £238,607. The current occupier, Borr Drilling Land Support, is signed up until 2029, subject to option.

Mhairi Archibald of Acuitus comments: “Both offices at Westpoint Business Park have asset management potential for reletting or repurposing.”

The Acuitus auction will take place on November 3rd at 1pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy. Further details here
