Valor Energy Group Ltd has acquired Aberdeen based electrical engineering specialist North Sea Power Solutions (NSPS) in a seven figure deal.
The acquisition sees NSPS become the third company to join the Valor Energy Group in the past year. Adding the services of NSPS compliments the current engineering offering within the Group.

Established in 2012 by Managing Director Graeme Harper, NSPS deliver electrical and procurement services to the energy industry. Employing a dedicated core team of 12 staff, the business has seen continual growth since its inception due to the high standard of engineering and technical support offered across its range of services, which include HV/LV Switchgear and Distribution, Multi-Service Rope Access, Rotating Equipment & Condition Monitoring.
