Speaking on the appointments Waterloo Quay Properties managing director, Anna-Marie Eardley, said: “Both Freya and Holly bring a wealth of property management experience to the business and are joining at a time when we are poised to continue the growth we saw in 2019, when several new businesses moved on site.  Given the size of the community and the varying needs of our tenants the time was right to make these senior additions to our team.”

As part of their roles Freya and Holly will be responsible for the day to day running of the 10-property estate, coordinating and overseeing all works and maintenance and providing ongoing facilities management services across the campus. They will also be responsible for onboarding new arrivals to the community and making sure transitions and moves are handled smoothly.

Freya added: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining Waterloo Quay Properties with the local property market experiencing a long overdue upturn and our own business community poised for further growth this year. The opportunity to join the board of directors and be a part of the diverse range of businesses we support on site, is something I’m very excited about and very much looking forward to.”

In addition to Freya and Holly, the business has also appointed Justine Eardley in the newly created role of Community Manager. Justine will be responsible for expanding and managing Waterloo Quay Properties existing business community along with its Quay Life membership program which provides freelancers and small businesses with access to the facilities including; hot-desking, co-working space, virtual offices with meeting rooms, gymnasium and coffee shop on flexible monthly terms.

Anna added: “The Quay Life membership scheme is one of our most popular services and encompasses so much of what we strive to offer at Waterloo Quay, namely an innovative, thriving and exciting business community. We are anticipating a considerable growth in demand for this part of our business and Justine’s appointment will ensure our Quay Life members get the most from being a part of the scheme.” Justine has relocated from Perth W.A. where she held similar roles with the Spaces and Regus serviced office businesses.

Waterloo Quay Properties is a property investment, development, management and leasing company, and has been changing the northern Aberdeen harbour landscape since the year 2000.
