CHAP Group, the Westhill based construction firm, is delighted to announce that it is expanding its civil engineering operations with the agreement to acquire A&A Civils Limited.
The acquisition is expected to help boost CHAP’s annual revenues to over £80m. A&A was formed in 2018 and has 25 employees.

“Nicol and Euan have clearly demonstrated their leadership abilities, and we are excited about them and the A&A team joining the CHAP family.
“While in many respects it will be business as usual for the A&A team, we believe there are strong synergies that will benefit both businesses, our supply chain and our valued customers.”

CHAP Group was advised on the acquisition by law firm Aberdein Considine and accountants AAB.
