The international retailer – which offers high-end surfaces, fixtures & tiles for the home, bathroom and kitchen – will stare work on new premises on Great Northern Road on April 8th, on the site of the former Vardy Garage.

The showroom is expected to create around 30 jobs, adding to the 1,000 people employed by Porcelanosa across the globe.

Founded in Villarreal, Spain, in 1973, Porcelanosa established itself in the UK in the early 1980s and has had a strong presence ever since.

The group trades in 150 countries worldwide and specialises in single-fired porous, stoneware, and porcelain wall and floor tiles in an extensive variety of formats and finishes.
