{"id":2513096,"date":"2021-11-26T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-26T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aberdeenbusinessnews.co.uk\/?p=2513096"},"modified":"2021-11-26T10:11:13","modified_gmt":"2021-11-26T10:11:13","slug":"add-energy-secures-maintenance-deal-for-new-fpso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aberdeenbusinessnews.co.uk\/add-energy-secures-maintenance-deal-for-new-fpso\/","title":{"rendered":"Add Energy secures maintenance deal for new FPSO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A LEADING international asset management consultancy, service and software provider has announced the award of a significant new contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add Energy has been employed by a leading FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading units) operator to complete the master data and maintenance management regime build within the company\u2019s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for its new FPSO.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on a long-standing relationship and in line with a client desire to further streamline and standardize its approach to maintenance management across its fleet of FPSOs, the scope of work will focus on the development of a maintenance management regime designed to protect the integrity of the asset, assure reliability, and optimize maintenance expenditure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CMMS build project will be delivered remotely by a team of maintenance and reliability expert engineers and consultants from the company\u2019s offices in Aberdeen whilst the asset undergoes the outfitting of its topsides process modules in Asia. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the heart of the project is Add Energy\u2019s proprietary master data build software, Effio\u2122, a cloud-based tool which is capable of replicating the FPSO operators CMMS environment and provides a more effective, efficient, and standardized method for building a master asset data hierarchy, assigning criticality, and allocating the required maintenance work orders to equipment tags.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the time and cost efficiencies that Effio\u2122 unlocks in the delivery of a CMMS build solution, the experience of the team, Add Energy\u2019s suite of proven CMMS build processes and established relationship with FPSO operator were key to the company being awarded this contract. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Adam, EVP at Add Energy said: \u201cThis collaboration represents the latest chapter in an excellent and long-standing relationship with our valued client, which I am extremely proud of.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI believe our successful delivery of an ongoing CMMS build project for another FPSO belonging to the same operator, coupled with our ability to unlock efficiencies in the project through use of our Effio\u2122 software demonstrates why we were selected to deliver this crucial project for our client.\u201d &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A LEADING international asset management consultancy, service and software provider has announced the award of a significant new contract.
