An Aberdeen-based creative print provider has strengthened its business development team as it seeks to grow its service offering across Scotland.
XIC, which also has a presence in Edinburgh, has appointed Nicola Currie to the role of business development executive. Working from the company’s main production facility in Altens, she will be responsible for managing new and existing client accounts in and around Aberdeen city.
A qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Nicola has a strong track record in business development within the print-related industries. She holds an honours degree in applied graphics and technology and is a highly experienced account manager.
Murray Alexander, managing director, XIC said: “XIC is entering an exciting further phase of growth with the development of our profile across the country. Nicola’s skill set and qualifications are the perfect fit for communicating our core services – design, print and digital – to current and potential clients.
“She is both well-connected and well-respected within the north-east business community and I am delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Commenting on her appointment, Nicola said: “XIC has an in-house design studio, the latest print production technology and a very experienced team – a great combination for clients.
“I’m looking forward to introducing these combined capabilities to our client companies and helping them to use our services to enhance their own marketing and communication efforts.”
