This was as a result of a notable increase in turnover across the UK, as well as in the Senegal and Australia offices. The organisation’s global headcount has also surpassed 200 employees, driven by organic growth and the strategic acquisition of Prodrill Energy Resource Solutions, an Aberdeen-based recruitment specialist, in 2023.
