Employers from across a range of industries and sectors will be present, with some offering the chance for interviews on the day. These will include jobs in the hospitality, care, construction, energy and the public sector with entry level roles as well as jobs which require some degree of skill or experience. Attendees are advised to bring copies of their CVs.

The jobs fair has been organised by Aberdeen City Council’s ABZWorks employability service in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions and supported by Skills Development Scotland.

Aberdeen City Council Co-Leader Councillor Christian Allard said: “Aberdeen City Council’s ABZWorks jobs fairs have gained a great reputation amongst employers and members of the public, and are consistently well attended. They provide fantastic opportunities to find out about jobs available, how to apply for them, and secure employment.

“These job fairs not only bring together employers from across the city offering a range of opportunities, but also partner agencies to ensure the people who need it can access employability support.
