“The Pride in the Job awards acknowledge the work we’re doing to showcase our commitment to building the highest standard of homes in Aberdeen and across Scotland, with our elite site manager Scott O’Donnell being among those demonstrating our award-winning customer care.”

Kirsty Blackman, MP for Aberdeen North, said: “It was fantastic to have the opportunity to visit Westburn Gardens and to meet some of the developers from Barratt Homes. I am very pleased to see modern homes being built which are in walking distance to Aberdeen city centre and other attractive locations for leisure activities, such as neighbouring Rosemount.

Westburn Gardens, situated at the heart of Aberdeen city centre hosts an array of energy-efficient apartments and townhouses. The development, designed to suit first-time buyers or those looking for modern living, and close to cafes, shops and nightlife, offers modern one and three-bedroom, open plan apartments which benefit from lift access and private parking. Residents will have an easy walk to Rosemount High Street, Marischal Square and Westburn Park with other nearby amenities accessible by bus and train. The development has exciting offers to suit potential buyers’ next move.

In addition to the recent Pride in the Job award wins, Barratt Developments has also been awarded 5 stars by its customers for satisfaction in the annual Home Builders Federation (HBF) new homes survey. To be rated 5 star means that more than 90% of its customers would recommend one of its homes to a friend, with Barratt being the only major national housebuilder to be rated 5 star for 14 years in a row.
