Barratt Homes almost sell-out at Countesswells

BARRATT Homes’ offering at one of Aberdeen’s newest communities is now approaching sell-out, with the site becoming a much sought-after family development with a host of new amenities on the horizon.

A small selection of three and four-bedroom homes remain to the east of the Barratt Homes site, with a handful left to purchase off-plan.

The house types remaining include the three-bedroom ‘Coull’, which, downstairs, offers buyers a modern home with a thoughtful layout that includes a bright lounge, a dining kitchen, and a separate WC. Upstairs, two well proportioned double bedrooms complete the property, alongside a single bedroom that could conveniently double as a home office or study, as well as the main bathroom.

Speaking of the development, Mike Cowie, Sales and Marketing Director at Barratt North Scotland, said: “It’s so exciting to see Countesswells become the thriving new community it was destined to become, and we’ve loved welcoming so many new residents to the area over the past few years. But it’s not too late to secure your own piece of Countesswells living – our remaining plots are in excellent locations, with some plots boasting south facing gardens.”

While availability with Barratt Homes may now be limited, those seeking to make the move to Countesswells have a new option following the debut of David Wilson Homes, part of the Barratt Developments group, earlier this year.

With a first release comprising traditional three-bedroom semi-detached and four-bedroom detached homes, each comes with David Wilson Homes’ exceptional style, quality and finishings. Available housetypes include the ‘Duart’ – a three-bedroom home with a family-sized lounge, an exemplary open-plan kitchen and dining room, three large-sized bedrooms with ample storage options and an en-suite complementing the main bedroom.

For homeworkers, the four-bedroom ‘Ballater’ offers a stylish kitchen with integrated family and dining area, a home study, four double bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite adjoining bedroom one. With both Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, the local sales team is available by appointment only and those interested in finding out more can visit www.barratthomes.co.uk or www.dwh.co.uk/
