BUYERS are being offered an exclusive opportunity to have a first look at a former city centre chapel which is being converted into four unique, high-specification homes.

With one property already reserved, Luxury housebuilder Bancon Homes is hosting an open weekend at its popular west end Aspire House development over the weekend of 15 – 16 February, allowing potential buyers to see progress as construction nears completion.

Visitors can opt for a ‘hard hat’ tour to see the layout of each individually designed home, which range in size from 88sqm to 140sqm.

Once finished in early spring, Aspire House will consist of four two-bedroom, self-contained properties. The stunning homes blend high-quality modern appliances and technology with traditional character including high ceilings, granite pillars and stained-glass windows.

Named after iconic areas across the North-east, prospective homeowners can choose from the Ardoe, Ferryhill, Maryculter and Skene house styles, meaning that each one of these stunning homes is completely unique to the owner.

Jo Skinner, sales director at Bancon Homes said: “We have created fly-through animations to help buyers visualise these fabulous properties as we know from previous experience that it can be difficult to imagine what finished homes will look like.

“Potential buyers are invited to come along to Aspire House on 15 and 16 February to see the work that is currently in progress. Our homes are now at a stage in their construction where visitors will be able to appreciate the grand scale of these wonderful properties and some of the key features, such as the granite arches and stained glass windows which really light up the rooms.”

The development is accessible off Claremont Street and Union Grove and has galleries, theatres, museums, shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and nightlife all within easy walking distance.

Designed with the buyer in mind, Aspire House exudes quality and attention to detail.

Each of the properties has a luxury German designed Leicht kitchen by Kitchens International, along with bespoke bathrooms and private off-road parking, a rarity in the west end.

The previous phases of Aspire proved to be popular, with houses and apartments selling quickly, and the most recent phase, Aspire Mews, was nominated for small private development of the year by Homes for Scotland.

Prices at Aspire House currently start at £299,995 for the Skene house type.

The open weekend will be held on Saturday and Sunday, February 15 and 16. No appointments are needed and buyers can turn up at any time between 11am and 4pm.
