FLOATING production vessel contractor Altera Infrastructure has completed the relocation of its “principal office” from Bermuda to its premises in Aberdeenshire.

The company also announced changes to its board with immediate effect.

Altera previously said it’s move to Westhill would “reduce the complexity of its group structure” and promote better strategic management.

About 60 employees and contractors are based out of the firm’s base at Prospect Park.

In changes to the Board, Ingvild Sæther, president and CEO of Altera and Benedicte Bakke Agerup have been appointed, increasing the size to ten directors.

Bill Utt, chairman of the board, said: “On behalf of the board and leadership team, I want to welcome Ingvild and Benedicte to the board.

“We look forward to leveraging their extensive industry experience as we continue to bring the partnership’s strategic vision to life.”
