ABERDEEN based property developer SJA Property Group has launched a one day seminar in an attempt to fill empty commercial units and drive footfall back into the city.
The commercial property investment seminar will take place at The Crowne Plaza on Thursday 13th of June from 9 am to 5 pm and will cover everything from funding through to optimising space to maximising your return on investment.

SJA will be joined on the day by leading industry professionals, including architecture firm Space Solutions and commercial property agent FG Burnett to provide guidance on operating within the local market.
Shaun Murray, Director of SJA Property comments, “Aberdeen is filled with incredible buildings, but sadly a great deal of these lie vacant. It would be great to see a buzz around the city and for more people to work and shop within the area. We believe that the best way to achieve this is to make commercial office space as attainable as possible.
With Commercial Multi Occupancy (CMO) being at the heart of their own strategy, SJA have drafted in commercial property expert and coach Jerry Alexander and SSAS Consultant Bryn Walker, who will provide an overview of the CMO process and how it can fit within your personal pension.
