SUBSEA and marine recruitment firm ETPM has taken a complete change of direction as it moves to diversify its business interests and expand the range of services the group provides.
The company has launched TrueDental Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency based in Aberdeen which will focus solely on providing dental candidates for practices across North-east Scotland.

Former practice manager Emily Hughes will head up the new service which recruits all levels of dental staff for NHS, private and mixed practices.
Emily, who has 10 years of experience in the dental industry, said: “Having been on the other side of the hiring process, I know from first-hand experience how time-consuming the recruitment process is and how it cuts into important dental surgery time.”
Jay Smith, ETPM recruitment manager, said: “This is a notable departure from ETPM’s primary business of subsea and marine recruitment, an area of expertise that we’ve built up over the past 13 years and which now services the global oil & gas industry.
“However, the oil & gas industry is changing and while this will remain our core business we have been exploring opportunities to diversity since the start of the year.
“From discussions, it became clear there is a lack of professional recruitment services for the dental industry across the country.
“TrueDental Recruitment has been set up to address that and it will bring significant benefits to this sector of the health services.”
