New occupier secured at Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks

AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings, the new owners of Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks, has secured a new occupier at the Energy Park, in Bridge of Don.

Skeye, an aerial survey and inspection company, has agreed a three-year lease on Unit three at the Innovation Centre.

The company was established in 2013 and currently have offices in England and the Netherlands. Skeye offers worldwide geographic data acquisition, industrial inspections, and high-end aerial imaging solutions. The team of pilots, data processors and project managers conduct manual and automated flights in challenging environments, using drone automation and AI, to minimise asset downtime.

With a global partner network and advanced technology, Skeye provides safe, cost-effective surveys and inspections, boasting global reach and local expertise, both onshore and offshore.

The Parks offer a varied mix of office solutions, including leased offices, serviced offices and coworking space, catering to the needs of occupiers of all sizes. They are conveniently located approximately three miles north of Aberdeen city centre and close to the Third Don Crossing.

The Innovation Centre is a bright, modern purpose-built office building in the attractive setting of the Energy Park on Exploration Drive. With recently refurbished spaces in a range of sizes set around a central, open-plan atrium, it makes the ideal headquarters for a growing company.

Elsewhere on the Energy Park, leading specialist in the decommissioning waste sector, Pheonix Decom has agreed a two-year lease extension on Unit G5 at the Enterprise Centre.

An Energy Park occupier since 2020, the company has strategically located licensed operational quayside outlets at the ports of Aberdeen, Peterhead and Lerwick, as well as large facility in Dyce.
