PARADIGM Flow Services (Aberdeen, UK), a global player in flow remediation technologies, has appointed Ryan Sangster as Managing Director of its business. 

Ryan will focus on the commercialization of Paradigm Flow Services Production Enhancement technologies and their target markets on a global scale, based out of their Aberdeen office. 

Ryan has over 20 year’s experience in the industry including roles with GE Oil and Gas, DES Operations, OneSubsea, Proserv, and Enpro Subsea. Ryan brings a wealth of subsea engineering and operations experience and is particularly adept with business development, sales and growing businesses that are in scale up mode. 

Commenting on his appointment, Ryan said he is “excited” to be joining the Group and is eager to begin this new challenge. He said: “I’ve been aware of and worked with some of the Paradigm team in the past. I’ve always admired how they have adapted technologies to suit the needs of the customer. Not afraid to scale back to the drawing board for a better, more cost-effective, and often safer and greener outcome. It’s refreshing, I’m looking forward to being a part of it.” 

Paradigm Group’s CEO Julian Manning added: “The Flow Services team has experienced a period of distinct growth in the past year. Ryan’s global network and knowledge combined with his entrepreneurial spirit and drive, will bring strength and depth to our growth ambitions. This key appointment will allow us to implement our production enhancement technologies in solving operational challenges for our customers.”
