SPECIALIST energy talent acquisition group Petroplan has appointed Dean Greenwood as Recruitment Director in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Dean joins the Petroplan team with 15 years’ experience in recruitment and 12 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector.

He has previously led large-scale commissioning teams for companies including Total, BP, Shell, EnQuest, Aker and Jacobs.
His appointment is further evidence of Petroplan’s strategic shift as the Group begins to move at pace, accelerating, adapting, and sharpening its service offering globally.
As Recruitment Director for EMEA, Dean is responsible in the largest region within Petroplan’s operations for mentoring and upskilling the current recruitment team to increase the effectiveness of their work and improve overall performance.
