AAB, the tech-enabled business critical services group, announces the promotion of 10 team members to senior leadership roles, reflecting the company’s commitment to talent development. The promotions span offices in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Amanda Ollason, Corporate Tax Partner, Graeme Penman, Audit Partner, and Stuart Rose, Audit Partner, all alumni of the AAB Group graduate programme since 2008, have showcased individual progression while contributing to the growth of the client-list and the company’s expansion.

Linda Kelly, now Payroll Partner, joined AAB in 2023 through the acquisition of French Duncan, where she had been since 2001. Together, the four new Partners boast a collective service of 65 years with AAB.

Alongside the Partner promotions, six team members received promotions to the role of Director, further strengthening AAB’s leadership:

  • Aveen McShane, Business Advisory Director – Newry
  • Caroline Butler, Corporate Tax Director – Dublin
  • Claire Walker, AAB People Director – Edinburgh
  • Gregor McCallan, Corporate Tax Director – Aberdeen
  • Jenny Buchanan, Virtual Finance Function Director – Aberdeen
  • Sarah-Jane Murphy, Business Advisory Director – Newry

An additional 46 team members received promotions across the wider AAB organisation.

Emma Lancaster, CEO at AAB Group, commended the commitment and leadership demonstrated by the newly promoted individuals, stating, “I’m delighted to see them progress to Partner. I look forward to working with them, and our newly appointed Directors, as we continue to deliver unparalleled services for our clients.”

The promotions mark a positive start to 2024 for AAB, emphasising the company’s dedication to recognizing expertise and fostering talent across its office locations.

“Since securing investment from August Equity in October 2021, AAB Group now employs c1,000 people across 12 office locations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States,” Lancaster added, highlighting the company’s growth and global presence.
